1. All phone calls to Express Mortgage Market are returned on the same business day;
2. An Express Mortgage Market mortgage adviser will conduct a formal loan interview with you, within 24 hours of initial contact;
3. An Express Mortgage Market preliminary loan approval can be obtained within 48 hours, upon receipt of all required information and documentation;
4. An Express Mortgage Market unconditional loan approval can be obtained within 5 working days, upon receipt of all required information, documentation, and satisfactory valuation by the lender;
5. Your Express Mortgage Market home loan will settle on time, by the mutually agreed date;
6. If Express Mortgage Market fails to meet any of these commitments for your loan, we’ll give $250 cash-back.

Conditions:

1. The initial formal loan interview may take place over the phone and email and does not necessarily constitute a face to face meeting, however a home visit will be offered subject to location and availability.
2. The 48 hour preliminary loan approval guarantee and the 5 working day Express Mortgage Market unconditional loan approval guarantee are subject to normal credit criteria, and may not apply to all lenders on the Express Mortgage Market panel, all of the time. Express Mortgage Market undertakes to submit your application immediately, however it cannot be held responsible for any internal bank delays. If your matter is highly urgent, Express Mortgage Market will advise you of the lenders it is confident that could meet the deadline.
3. Express Mortgage Market retains the right to decline participation in a loan transaction where it deems the deadline to be impossible.
4. The 48 hour preliminary approval, and 5 working day unconditional approval service guarantee time frames will commence upon supply, by you to Express Mortgage Market, of all information and documentation required by the lender for credit assessment.
5. Express Mortgage Market reserves the right to change the terms of this guarantee at any time without notice.
6. To be eligible for the Express Mortgage Market service guarantees, and the $250 cash-back:
   1. you must sign a Finance Broker Contract that clearly states the mutually agreed date for the finance to be delivered;
   2. the loan must be greater than $100,000
   3. your loan must settle via Express Mortgage Market
